About Me If you arrived at this website via a search engine, you probably don't know me from Adam (Eve?). And no matter how good you think "How To Be Your Own Copywriter" might be, you're hesistant to buy from a total stranger. Please let me 'virtually' introduce myself. My name is Nan Yielding and I've been an online business owner since early 1998. My first website was Writing-Etc.com and although I've added 6 more sites to my fleet, Writing-Etc. remains my flagship. Most of my time online has been as a website copywriter, with a little internet marketing and website design/management sprinkled in. At the end of 2006, I decided to take a break from copywriting and focus my attention on something I've always loved to do ... help online business owners to achieve success. In this regard, I offer a free website review, several internet marketing resources, and many tips and articles at my Writing-Etc.com website. I also have a Blog that contains additional information and resources. Prior to starting my online business, I did both marketing and business writing for small business owners. I also conducted workshops on marketing communications, wrote marketing articles for a local business journal, and did some consulting work on marketing. I live with my dog, Maggie, in Cave Junction, a small town in So. Oregon. |
